– MORE Kind WORDS FROM BEAUTIFUL HUMANS –

Lilly has been an exceptional yoga instructor for my partner and I for the last 2 years. She has a deep understanding of the practice & tailors each class to any specific need. She is completely in touch with mind and body and makes each class comfortable, while bringing out the best in each client through yoga! We would highly recommend her for anyone from beginner to an experienced yogi! We always leave her class feeling refreshed, recharged, & rejuvenated.

In the past 6 months, I have changed career paths, moved into a new home, and faced uncertainty after uncertainty. With each practice, Lilly provided a home base that I knew I could always turn to…giving us the space to meet ourselves where we are each day.

I can’t adequately express how thankful I am to practice with Lilly.

I’ve been a wannabe yogi for years, constantly making excuses for myself that I don’t have time for class, and not being able to clear my head during class led me to never achieving my Yoga goals. Not until I took Lilly’s flow class was I able to get into the routine with an open mind and open heart. Lilly is always there with encouraging words, confidence boosting, and positivity to help guide me through a pose or help me find my center. She exudes love and light. No longer do I judge myself during a class…I’m finally learning to accept myself where I am in my practice, celebrating my effort over my abilities, welcome trying new things rather than fearing them, and having fun along the way. Now I can do a headstand (against a wall) and I have been way too nervous to ever try that in a class before!

I am a 64-year-old woman who had limited experience with yoga until I started taking Lilly’s classes...I had some chronic shoulder and knee pain with mild limited range of motion due to a skating accident. I had been working with a physical therapist which helped but did not get me complete range of motion. I began taking 4-5 yoga classes a week with Lilly which helped me regain complete range of motion. She offers adjustments for people who might have physical limitations. Her energy and positivity have helped me weather the pandemic. I am a mental health therapist and after a class with Lilly I feel calm, centered and grounded. I have gained physical strength & balance…I feel younger because I am moving with ease and fluidity!
